About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Coordinator to join our dedicated team at the New Northern School located in Angle Vale, our flagship project at present. This role is best suited to a driven construction professional who has experience in Project Coordination, with strong exposure to Services Coordination considered a distinct advantage.
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Supporting the Project Manager in the day-to-day administration and delivery of commercial construction project
Managing and coordinating project documentation, drawings and specifications, with a focus on services coordination
Assisting with programming, planning and scheduling, including monitoring progress and proactively addressing delays
Preparing progress claims, assessing subcontractor claims and variations, and supporting accurate cost reporting
Contributing to tender preparation, bid documentation and pre-qualification submissions
Coordinating site activities, services, structure and finishes to ensure constructability and program alignment
Providing administrative, technical and contractual support to site-based teams
Undertaking site supervision when required and supporting site methodology and sequencing
Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, building standards, company policies and QHSE requirements
Assisting in mentoring and developing junior engineers and graduates

About You!
You will have a genuine passion for commercial construction and proven experience in the industry. You will be a motivated team player with the following knowledge and experience:
3-5 years experience as a Project Coordinator within the commercial construction industry
Experience in Services Coordination will be highly regarded and considered a strong advantage
Tertiary qualification in Building, Construction or Engineering
Exposure to programming, cost reporting, subcontractor management and tendering
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
High-level written and verbal communication skills
Confidence working collaboratively with site teams, consultants and subcontractors
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management systems
Current White Card (First Aid and other safety certifications desirable)
Current Driver’s Licence
