About Outcare
Outcare is a leading provider of community services in Western Australia, supporting people, families and communities to build stronger, more stable futures. Guided by our focus of guiding growth for stronger futures, we work alongside people to create practical pathways that support safety, housing stability, wellbeing, connection and positive participation in community life.
We are deeply committed to child safeguarding, culturally safe practice, and bringing new thinking to complex social challenges. Outcare is part of PeopleKind Group, a diverse and growing group of organisations delivering services across justice, disability, housing, allied health, child protection and reintegration.
The Role
Our organisational redesign and rebrand have created a number of exciting opportunities for highly capable and values-aligned leaders to join Outcare during a significant period of growth and transformation.
Reporting to the Development & Advocacy Lead, this Part-Time (0.8FTE) role supports the design, development, and implementation of new and enhanced service models, partnerships, and funding opportunities aligned with Outcare’s strategic priorities.
Working across teams, the Project Officer coordinates inputs, undertakes research, prepares documentation, and supports the delivery of projects, ensuring outputs are well-organised, evidence-informed, and delivered on time. The role provides project coordination, research and administrative support across service development, funding submissions and strategic initiatives.
