THE OPPORTUNITY

Based in Sydney, this Project Manager role will see you managing multiple construction projects from commencement through to completion. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on budget, and to a high standard.

This opportunity will suit someone who enjoys working autonomously, solving problems, and building strong relationships with clients, developers, trades, and internal stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage painting projects end-to-end
  • Oversee project planning, scheduling, and overall delivery
  • Manage budgets, forecasting, cost control, and project variations
  • Coordinate trades, subcontractors, suppliers, and key stakeholders
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
  • Maintain compliance with HSEQ and site safety requirements
  • Prepare project reporting and supporting documentation

THE CANDIDATE

We are looking for a motivated and organised Project Manager with solid construction knowledge and the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities effectively.

To Be Successful You Will Have:

  • Experience as a Project Manager within painting
  • Background in painting or commercial/residential construction
  • Strong understanding of building processes, compliance, and site operations
  • Proven ability managing budgets and multiple concurrent projects
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Trade qualification or building-related qualification (preferred)
  • Full Australian working rights
  • Current Driver's Licence
