Closes 10/06/2026
Terrey Hills, 2084, Sydney, New South Wales
Full time
You know construction.
You know how jobs run on site.
You know what happens when trades, timelines, deliveries, and clients don’t line up properly.
Now imagine using those skills to help deliver some of the most exciting outdoor community projects in Australia including playgrounds and fitness spaces used by thousands of people every day.
At Proludic Australia, we design and deliver outdoor environments that genuinely improve communities. As we continue to grow across NSW, we’re looking for a hands-on, solutions-focused Project & Construction Coordinator to help drive project delivery from planning through to completion.
This role is perfect for someone with a construction, landscaping, civil, trades, or project coordination background who’s ready to step up or step off the tools into a fast-moving project delivery role with long-term career growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll work closely with our national projects team, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to coordinate exciting outdoor construction projects across NSW.
Your day could include:
Coordinating playground and outdoor fitness installations from start to finish
Working with subcontractors, installers, suppliers, councils, and builders
Preparing quotes, project methodologies, programs, and project documentation
Tracking project timelines, budgets, deliveries, and progress updates
Helping manage procurement, estimating, variations, and project forecasting
Coordinating repairs, warranty works, maintenance, and after-sales support
Supporting site safety, QA systems, subcontractor compliance, and IMS processes
Keeping projects moving smoothly while solving problems before they become issues
This is a role where no two days are the same and where your ability to organise, communicate, and think ahead genuinely matters.
Who We’re Looking For
You might currently be:
A Site Supervisor or Leading Hand looking to move into project coordination
A Project Coordinator wanting more ownership and variety
An Estimator wanting broader project exposure
A Tradesperson ready to get off the tools
Someone from landscaping, civil, construction, infrastructure, or recreation projects
Most importantly, you’re practical, organised, and know how construction projects actually work.
Ideally, you’ll bring:
Experience in construction, civil, landscaping, infrastructure, or related industries
Exposure to project coordination, estimating, scheduling, or subcontractor management
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
The ability to manage multiple moving parts and competing priorities
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
Understanding of WHS requirements and site compliance
Confidence using Microsoft Office and project management systems
Attention to detail and pride in delivering quality outcomes
Experience with playgrounds or sports equipment isn’t necessary as we’ll provide full product training and support.
