The ROLE

This is a pivotal role with responsibility for the successful delivery of projects from conception to final completion, within HSE, quality, budget, and program requirements. 

• Will provide overall leadership and management of the project team
• Leads by example and further develops our Safety 1st Always Works behaviours and attitudes within the workforce
• Takes time to understand our clients' needs along with expectations and aims to exceed them
• Understands the importance of getting it right first time, so sets up and manages projects accordingly

About YOU 

• Bachelor of Engineering (Civil)
• Extensive project management experience with regards to road infrastructure projects (TMR experience will be highly regarded)
• Sound professional engineering knowledge to identify and resolve issues
• Effective leadership and people management skills
• Sound negotiating skills and extensive experience in negotiating within a contractual environment
• Excellent competency in project delivery and financial reporting
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to work autonomously within a team environment
• Ability to work away from home when required
• Ability to continually challenge assumptions and methods and recommend initiatives
