We have a new contract opportunity available for an experienced Project Coordinator to support large enterprise technology projects.

This is an immediate/ ASAP start, 6-month contract with strong potential for extension. The role offers hybrid working, with 2 days per week based in Chatswood, NSW.

The Role

You will support the successful coordination and delivery of large-scale enterprise projects, working closely with project managers, stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure project activities remain on track.

This role would suit someone with strong project administration and coordination experience, ideally gained across large ERP implementation or upgrade projects.

Key Responsibilities

Support project planning, governance, reporting and documentation.
Coordinate project meetings, actions, risks, issues and status updates.
Work closely with project managers, business stakeholders and technical teams.
Track milestones, deliverables, dependencies and project progress.
Assist with project communications, scheduling and stakeholder coordination.
Maintain accurate project records, registers and reporting packs.

About You

Previous experience as a Project Coordinator, ideally within large enterprise environments.
Exposure to ERP implementation, upgrade or transformation projects highly regarded.
Strong organisation, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Confident managing project documentation, actions, risks and reporting.
Able to work in a fast-paced project environment and hit the ground running.
Available to commence immediately or at short notice.

$750 per day.
