The Opportunity
  
ROUSSOS is partnering with a well-established South Australian builder known for delivering high-quality maintenance, fit-out, refurbishment and new build projects ranging from $500K–$10M+. This family-owned business has built a reputation for quality workmanship, long-standing client relationships and a genuinely supportive team culture.
  
Due to continued growth and a strong secured pipeline of work, they are now seeking a Project Supervisor to join their team. This role will be working across a diverse range of commercial projects throughout metropolitan Adelaide while collaborating closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
  
The Role
  
As a Project Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:
  
  • Managing day-to-day site operations across commercial projects
  • Leading and coordinating subcontractors and site teams
  • Ensuring projects are delivered safely on programme and to a high standard
  • Monitoring site quality, productivity and project milestones
  • Supporting project planning, site establishment and project closeout activities
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients, consultants and trades
  • Maintaining compliance with WHS and site safety requirements

We are looking to connect with candidates who bring:
  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a Site Supervisor, Project Supervisor or similar role
  • Commercial construction experience across fit-out, refurbishment or new build projects
  • An understanding of construction sequencing and site coordination
  • Trade background in carpentry or related construction discipline highly regarded
  • Ability to lead teams and build strong working relationships on site
  • Organisational and communication skills
  • A proactive and hands-on approach to project delivery
