Project Manager

We are partnering with several established civil contractors delivering projects across subdivisions, roads, water infrastructure, bulk earthworks and civil infrastructure throughout the Gold Coast and Southeast Queensland.

Due to continued growth and secured project workloads, opportunities are available for experienced Project Managers to oversee the delivery of large-scale civil works across some of SEQ’s busiest development corridors.

These roles will involve managing projects from planning through to completion, coordinating site teams, subcontractors and stakeholders while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Civil Project Manager looking to work on long-term infrastructure and urban development projects within stable, well-supported contractors.

• Lead Engineers, Supervisors and subcontractors on active sites
• Monitor project budgets, forecasting and commercial performance
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and quality standards
• Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within civil construction
• Background in subdivisions, roads, water infrastructure or bulk earthworks
• Strong commercial, leadership and delivery capability
• Ability to manage multiple work fronts and drive project outcomes
• Excellent stakeholder and subcontractor management skills
