What will you do?We are seeking a Project Manager, Mechanical to join our Industrial Team in Perth, with a strong focus on engineering-led project delivery.
This role is ideally suited to a technically grounded Project Manager who thrives in sustaining capital and brownfields environments, delivering small to large-scale mechanical projects with precision and efficiency.
Working closely with our engineering teams and clients across Western Australia, you will manage a portfolio of concurrent sustaining capital projects, overseeing the full project lifecycle from concept development through to execution and close-out. Your work will span key sectors including Industrial, Water, Energy, and broader Infrastructure, where practical engineering solutions and disciplined project management are critical to success.

Here are the key things you will do to 'bring ideas to life'.As a Project Manager, you’ll build strong client partnerships and co-create innovative, tailored solutions to meet their evolving challenges
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, coordinating specialists and subconsultants to deliver high-impact results.
Deliver projects from concept through to handover, managing scope, risk, financials, and reporting
Manage change, quality, health, safety and risk elements throughout project lifecycles.
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth and success of the business.
Proven experience delivering sustaining capital or brownfield design projects within mining or heavy industry
Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary engineering design teams and a strong understanding of brownfield constraints, constructability, and integration with existing assets
Strong project management capability across scope, schedule, cost, and risk management
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted client relationships
Tertiary qualifications in project management, engineering – mechanical or related fields.
Minimum of 6 years’ experience delivering engineering‑led projects, with a focus on sustaining capital and brownfields works across industrial, resources, or infrastructure sectors.
