Founded over 22 years ago, Grill’d started with a simple idea - to create healthy burgers that taste good and do good. Since then, we’ve grown from a single Melbourne restaurant into one of Australia’s most loved hospitality brands, with 180+ restaurants nationwide and exciting growth still ahead.
Grill’d is about more than burgers. From sustainability initiatives and community partnerships to innovation and restaurant growth, we’re passionate about creating experiences and making a positive impact for people and the planet.
As we continue to expand and evolve, we’re looking for a Project Manager to join our Design & Development team and help bring the next chapter of Grill’d to life.
About the role:Reporting to the National Construction Manager, this role will play a critical part in delivering Grill’d’s national refurbishment and development pipeline across our restaurant network.
You’ll partner closely with internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the high standards our restaurants are known for.
You’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy juggling multiple moving pieces, can stay calm under pressure, and know how to navigate challenging conversations around timelines, costs and project delivery with confidence.
If you’re someone who loves hospitality or retail environments, enjoys building strong relationships and wants to work in a collaborative, people-focused business - we’d love to hear from you.
