Be part of a large-scale, long-term joint venture between Seymour Whyte and Jacobs, awarded by Sydney Water as an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management (EPCM) project. As the region expands, so does the need for sustainable and resilient water solutions. The Upper South Creek Network will feature new wastewater pumping stations and gravity carriers, with the first work stage beginning before the year's end. The project also emphasises safety, digital engineering, and compliance with the latest standards, ensuring it meets future needs effectively.

About the Role:

Support end‑to‑end delivery of assigned work packages
Coordinate contractors and engineering teams day to day
Assist with NEC4 administration, progress, and cost tracking
Monitor safety, quality, and environmental requirements
Escalate risks, issues, and constraints early

About you:

Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or related field
Minimum 3 years working within Project Engineer capacity or similar role
Experience supporting construction or infrastructure delivery
Strong coordination and communication skills
Proactive, organised, and solutions‑focused
Keen to develop technical and contract management capability

Many of our projects are not accessible via public transport and require travel between and within active construction sites. As a result, a current Driver’s Licence and the ability to drive on site are essential.
