About the Role

This is a 6-month contract opportunity, with scope for extension supporting a high performing project installations team. The role sits at the centre of delivery, making sure coordination, documentation, and communication across projects are tight and controlled.

Responsibilities:

  • Track project progress and produce status repots

  • Assist with contract-related administration, ensuring documentation is accurate and up to date

  • Coordinate internal project meetings

  • Liaise across teams including supply chain, finance, operations, and service to keep projects moving

  • Support planning activities for tenders and project implementations

  • Maintain project tracking tools and ensure all data reflects real-time status

  • Coordinate subcontractors including scheduling, onboarding, and documentation

  • Support procurement and invoicing processes

About You

  • Previous experience in a Project Coordinator or Project Support role

  • Comfortable working in structured, process-driven environments

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Confident communicating with internal teams and external stakeholders

  • Experience with project tracking tools, reporting, or scheduling systems

  • Able to take ownership and follow through without needing constant direction

  • Exposure to technical, hardware, construction, or installation-based projects is advantageous

If you are available immediately or with minimal notice, and looking for a new opportunity with clear structure, strong leadership, and genuine exposure to end-to-end project delivery, APPLY NOW! This role is being managed by Melanie Hammond (07) 3118 0***. #SCR-melanie-hammond
