Due to continued growth, we're seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Victorian team and lead complex Health and Tertiary Education projects valued between $10M and $25M.

About the Role

Reporting to the Construction Director, you will be responsible for delivering projects from pre-construction through to handover and defect liability, ensuring exceptional outcomes for our clients while leading high-performing project teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing all aspects of project delivery from commencement through to completion
  • Developing and maintaining project programs, budgets and procurement strategies
  • Managing subcontractor engagement, contract administration and project reporting
  • Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, quality standards and project specifications
  • Driving strong financial performance and project outcomes
  • Maintaining a strong focus on WHS&E compliance and risk management
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors
  • Leading, mentoring and developing project teams to achieve exceptional results
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • 7+ years' experience successfully delivering commercial fitout and refurbishment projects in a Project Management capacity
  • Experience delivering projects within the Health and/or Tertiary Education sectors will be highly regarded
  • Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Strong commercial and financial management skills, including budgeting and cost control
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
  • Solid understanding of construction methodologies, buildability, risk management and safety requirements
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to mentor, develop and inspire high-performing project teams
