We have successfully built a reputation for delivering high quality project outcomes across various industry’s including government, commercial, not for profit, education, and industrial sectors.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. Reporting directly to the Projects Director, you will lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of projects from inception through to completion, ensuring successful outcomes across programme, budget, quality, and stakeholder expectations.
As a key member of the team, you will build strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders, driving project success through effective leadership, commercial acumen, proactive risk management, and a commitment to exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, delivery, and reporting of projects, ensuring successful outcomes across programme, budget, and schedule.
Coordinate and manage consultants, contractors, clients, and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Oversee design development, procurement activities, tender processes, and contract administration.
Monitor and control project performance, including time, cost, quality, scope, and risk management.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, registers, and project controls.
Manage project variations, payment claims, cost forecasting, and approval processes to ensure financial performance targets are achieved.
Facilitate statutory approvals, safety-in-design initiatives, and compliance with legislative and project requirements.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities to support business growth and future project opportunities.
Key Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in project management, ideally within client-side construction, property, infrastructure, or fit-out environments.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Property, or a related discipline.
Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels.
Sound commercial acumen and an understanding of project financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Proven ability to coordinate and manage consultants, contractors, and clients to achieve successful project outcomes.
A proactive, professional, and solutions-focused approach.
Strong problem-solving skills, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
