SAP Project Manager

• 12 month ongoing contract to oversee multiple SAP Projects
• Lead the SAP S4HANA discover piece for a new implementation

We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager with strong S/4HANA discovery experience to lead early-phase transformation initiatives. In this role, you will guide organisations through the discovery and planning stages of their S/4HANA journey, shaping business cases, defining roadmaps, and setting programs up for successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead S/4HANA discovery and pre-implementation phases, including assessments, workshops, and roadmap development.
• Facilitate business and IT stakeholder alignment on transformation objectives, scope, and value drivers.
• Develop high-level solution architectures, delivery approaches, and implementation strategies (greenfield, brownfield, or hybrid).
• Build business cases, cost estimates, and timelines to support executive decision-making.
• Drive fit-to-standard workshops and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Establish governance models, program structures, and delivery frameworks.
• Collaborate with SAP partners, architects, and functional leads to define the future-state vision.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as an SAP Project Manager in S/4HANA discovery or pre-sales phases.
• Strong understanding of S/4HANA transformation approaches and SAP Activate methodology.
• Experience running workshops, stakeholder interviews, and business case development.
• Ability to translate business requirements into strategic SAP roadmaps.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills.
• Solid understanding of core SAP modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement).
