The Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting with project procurement and contract administration
• Coordinating consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
• Managing RFIs, design documentation, and technical queries
• Monitoring project programmes, budgets, and key milestones
• Supporting commercial management and reporting activities
• Identifying and resolving design and construction challenges
• Contributing to the successful delivery of major projects

The Like Mind

To be considered, you will bring:

• A degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
• Experience with a reputable building contractor
• Exposure to procurement, contract administration, and design coordination
• A sound commercial understanding of new build construction
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build relationships with consultants, subcontractors, clients, and internal teams

You may currently be working as a Contract Administrator, Project Coordinator, Design Coordinator, Site Engineer, or Project Engineer.

You will be commercially aware, technically minded, and capable of identifying design challenges early. Just as importantly, you will enjoy working through the detail, managing deadlines, and contributing to a high-performing project team.
