Looking for a Project Management role where you'll have real influence over project outcomes?

This opportunity sits with a well-established residential builder delivering large-scale townhouse developments across Melbourne.

With a strong pipeline of secured work and continued growth, they are seeking a Project Manager capable of helping drive the successful delivery of multiple projects from both an operational and commercial perspective.

The role

Working closely with site teams, consultants, subcontractors and senior leadership, you'll play a key role in the successful delivery of multiple townhouse developments.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Project planning and coordination
  • Budget management and forecasting
  • Contract administration
  • Managing claims, variations and project reporting
  • Stakeholder and client management
  • Monitoring project financial performance and identifying commercial risks
  • Supporting construction teams to achieve project outcomes

About you

You'll likely already be working within the construction industry in a Project Management, Contract Administration, Quantity Surveying or similar project delivery role.

Most importantly, you'll be someone who:

  • Takes ownership and accountability
  • Communicates well with a broad range of stakeholders
  • Enjoys solving problems
  • Is commercially aware - strong financial management across relevant projects
  • Wants to continue developing their career
Townhouse, residential, apartment or commercial construction experience will all be considered.
