We are seeking a customer-focused Project Coordinator to join our Development team in the South East region. This is a dynamic role that blends strong administrative capability with meaningful customer engagement.
You will support the successful delivery of construction projects by coordinating schedules, managing site activities, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Working closely with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams, this hands-on role spans housing, landscaping, and minor works across multiple sites. It’s a great opportunity for a motivated, career-focused professional looking to build their future in construction project management.
What you'll be doingHelp develop project plans, schedules, and staging plans.
Manage the Home Order Forecast (HOF), with timely engagement and monthly reviews.
Ensuring key milestones are achieved in the required timeline within Project Management Software specific to each project.
Check, read and approve house plans and client checklists for construction including communications with external and internal parties as required.

Involvement in community events and presentations
Presenting and talking with the community to keep them informed on construction progress and project time frames
Assist in implementing and monitoring quality control, ensuring compliance with codes and best practices.
Conduct defects and homeowner inspections, including maintenance checks, and manage issue resolution.
Provide homeowners with regular updates on progress and manage expectations.
Have genuine and effective relationships with the internal team, external partners, and our customers/homeowners.
Strong organisation and administrative skills
High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
Strong customer service & conflict resolution skills
Working knowledge of the building and construction process
