About the role

TRS Staffing is currently searching for Project Engineers to join our esteemed clients team based in Adelaide. This position is based on a Monday to Friday, full-time roster with a transition to a site-based role.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Support delivery of project works through planning, coordination, and execution activities

  • Monitor engineering progress and ensure work aligns with scope, schedule, and budget

  • Coordinate inputs across engineering teams and other project functions

  • Assist in preparing technical documents, specifications, and work packages

  • Help identify and manage project risks, issues, and changes

  • Support stakeholder coordination and communication throughout project delivery

  • Contribute to project reporting, meetings, and day-to-day administration

Skills and experience required

  • 12+ years’ experience in project engineering within infrastructure, resources, or industrial environments

  • Experience working on transport corridor and port-related projects

  • Strong background coordinating engineering, procurement, and construction activities

  • Solid understanding of project delivery, including planning, scheduling, and cost control

  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders and communicate across multidisciplinary teams

  • Engineering degree with demonstrated delivery experience on complex projects
