The Job
This is more than a standard Senior Project Manager role.
You’ll lead delivery across multiple civil infrastructure projects while working closely with ownership, engineers and supervisors to drive project performance, commercial outcomes and team accountability.

Lead the delivery of multiple concurrent civil infrastructure projects across water, sewer and utilities
Manage project budgets, cost control, forecasting and overall commercial performance
Oversee contract administration including claims, variations, notices and compliance obligations
Lead engineers and supporting site supervisors to ensure safe, efficient project delivery
Coordinate resources, programming and project priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Manage client relationships, stakeholder communication and project expectations
Drive accountability, delivery discipline and operational performance across project teams

Experience Required
You are an experienced civil infrastructure Project Manager or Senior Project Manager with a strong background in contractor-side project delivery.

Ideally, you will bring exposure to water, sewer, utilities, pipeline or related infrastructure, along with solid commercial capability across budgeting, cost control, claims, variations and contract administration.

Senior Project Management / Project Management experience in civil contracting
Strong commercial capability including budgets, claims, variations and contract admin
Water, sewer, utilities, pipeline or related infrastructure experience preferred
Experience leading project teams and site delivery personnel
Ability to manage multiple moving projects in a fast-paced environment
Practical leadership style with strong ownership mindset
