Com-Al Windows, based in Maddington, Western Australia are specialists in the design, manufacture and installation of commercial aluminium windows, doors and curtain walling systems. With over 50 years’ experience, and as a top tier company, it is well known for its excellence in project delivery and quality workmanship.
Reporting to the Operations Manager you will be responsible for:
· supervising and overseeing construction on commercial building site
· complying with the company’s and Principal Builder’s health and safety requirements and communicating same to employees and subcontractors
· following safe work practices, particularly the requirements and the ongoing review of any Safe Work Methods Statements or Job Safety Analysis
· conducting toolbox and pre-start meetings
· conducting site inspection reports
· communicating and up-dating the Operations Manager
· day-to day problem solving
· inspecting completed work to ensure high standard of quality workmanship
A successful candidate will have:
· capacity to manage high stress situations
· ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously
· leadership skills and ability to manage people
· attention to detail
· conflict resolution skills
· self-motivated
· ability to identify and build relationships with builders or clients site representatives and other site subcontractors
· to instruct, control and direct on-site staff or subcontractors through on-site attendance
· project review creating detailed reports

Salary: $80,000 - $90,000
