Project Manager | Commercial Fitout | North Sydney | $150,000 – $170,000

A growing commercial fitout specialist based in Sydney is looking for an experienced Project Manager who knows the sector and wants to do their best work in a smaller, high-performing team.

If you've been a PM at a mid-size fitout contractor and you're looking for somewhere with less bureaucracy and more ownership, this is worth a look.

The Role:

• End-to-end delivery of commercial fitout projects, primarily workplace

• Managing subcontractors, programme, budget, and client relationships

• Working closely with the director on project strategy and delivery

• Full lifecycle involvement from award through to handover

About You:

• Solid commercial fitout background, workplace projects preferred

• You understand the pace fitout moves at and know how to keep up with it

• Coming from a well-regarded fitout contractor, not residential or high-rise

• You want ownership of your projects, not just a position in a hierarchy
