Job Description

Cerulean is a client-side advisory and consultancy firm delivering complex built environment projects across commercial, hospitality, healthcare, and data centre sectors. We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team, someone who brings a proven track record in commercial fit out and hotel development, and who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Manage all facets of project delivery (budget, schedule, procurement, quality, and risk) across planning, design, construction, and closeout phases.
  • Interface directly with clients to define requirements, prepare scopes of work, cost estimates, cash flows, schedules, milestones, and quality and risk plans.
  • Lead procurement activities including RFPs, bid analysis, evaluation interviews, and resource recommendations.
  • Track project progress against approved budgets and timelines; report on variances and develop action plans to keep deliverables on track.
  • Implement change management processes , assess change requests, secure client approvals, issue change orders, and evaluate impacts to scope, budget, schedule, and risk.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation governance (meeting minutes, reports, registers) ensuring data integrity across all platforms.
  • Read, interpret, and apply complex project documents including contracts, leases, charters, surveys, and architectural drawings.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Essential: demonstrated experience in commercial fit out and hotel development projects (non-negotiable).
  • Minimum 4 years of project coordination or advisory experience in the built environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical discipline (construction, architecture, engineering, project management, or equivalent).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project; experience with project controls and documentation tools.
  • Highly organised, client-focused, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting, facilitation, and stakeholder management.

Please submit your CV and a brief cover letter outlining your relevant commercial fit out and hotel development experience. Applications close on 5 July 2026.
