Project Manager

My client is delivering a major multi-residential project that will help shape the next generation of high-quality urban living in South East Queensland.

This is a circa $100M development featuring architecturally designed residential towers above a multi-level basement structure, contributing to a refined and rapidly evolving residential skyline.

The opportunity exists for an experienced Project Manager to take full ownership of delivery from early works through to completion, leading a high-performing site team and working closely with senior leadership to ensure outcomes of the highest standard are achieved.

In the lead-up to the 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games, the region is entering a defining period of long-term infrastructure investment and urban transformation. This project sits within that cycle, contributing to the creation of enduring, design-led communities.

What you’ll be responsible for

• Leading end-to-end delivery of a large-scale multi-residential development
• Driving programme, safety, quality and commercial performance across all stages
• Managing subcontractors, consultants and key project stakeholders
• Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, cost reporting and financial control
• Identifying and managing risk while maintaining programme certainty
• Leading a site-based team of up to 10–12 construction professionals
• Upholding a strong safety culture and commitment to premium delivery standards

What you’ll bring

• 8+ years’ construction experience, including significant leadership on multi-residential or high-rise projects
• Strong track record delivering complex projects from groundworks through to completion
• High-level commercial acumen and hands-on project leadership capability
• Confident communicator with the ability to lead teams and manage consultants effectively
• Strong decision-making skills under pressure, with a focus on quality outcomes
• Relevant construction or engineering qualifications, with QBCC licensing preferred/required depending on structure
