Project Coordinator

We have 5 offices in Sydney, Melbourne and regional VIC. Our clients are located throughout Australia and New Zealand, across all major industries.

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our service team in North Ryde. The primary objective of this position is to support the Project Manager in delivery of IT projects including communications with internal/external stakeholders to ensure projects are progressed efficiently and within required timeframes.

Key responsibilities including, not limited to:

• Support the Project Manager across the full lifecycle of projects

• Coordinate and track project tasks, milestones, and deliverables

• Manage onboarding of new clients

• Prepare & maintain project documentation and reports

• Assist with execution of project work items, including hands-on delivery

To be considered for this role you will need to possess the following: 

• Experience in a project coordination or operations role in the IT Industry

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Proactive, organised and comfortable working both autonomously and collaboratively

• Outstanding communication skills and engagement skills are essential

• Excellent written and verbal communication
