Design and Build are partnered with a Civil and Landscape leading contractor and we are searching for a Landscape Project Manager.

You will oversee the delivery of landscape projects across a metropolitan region. This role is responsible for managing projects from planning through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of landscape projects
  • Plan works, monitor progress, and drive project performance
  • Coordinate procurement of materials, subcontractors, and resources
  • Administer contracts, variations, extensions of time, and documentation
  • Monitor budgets, costs, and financial performance
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
  • Lead project meetings and ensure clear stakeholder communication
  • Identify and resolve risks, delays, and inefficiencies
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in landscaping or related construction fields
  • Relevant qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Landscape Construction
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and contract administration
  • Experience managing budgets, programs, subcontractors, and project risks
  • Ability to interpret drawings and specifications
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Understanding of WHS, environmental, and quality systems
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Current driver’s license and White Card
