Commercial Landscape Site Supervisor

$45–$50/hr + Vehicle + Fuel Card + Tolls Full-Time | Sydney | Commercial Landscaping

Make Your Mark Leading Tier 2 Commercial Landscaping Projects

About Us

Are you a proven Landscape Site Supervisor who runs organised sites, drives productivity, and delivers quality landscape construction outcomes on time? If you're experienced in commercial landscaping, civil landscaping, and delivering projects in live construction environments, this role offers long-term stability with a contractor that values strong site leadership.

About the Company

Our client is a Sydney-based commercial landscape construction contractor delivering high-quality projects for Tier 2 builders. They operate within live construction environments and manage well‑structured sites aligned with head contractor programs.

Their crews are SWMS‑ready, their systems are clear, and they value supervisors who can plan ahead, manage site operations, and maintain strong relationships with builders and site managers.

About the Role

This position is ideal for an experienced Commercial Landscape Supervisor / Landscape Construction Foreman who can independently manage all aspects of site delivery.

You’ll be trusted to plan works, lead a crew, coordinate with builders and consultants, and deliver projects safely, efficiently, and to specification.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all daily site operations for landscape construction projects

  • Lead and supervise a crew of 3–4 landscapers/labourers

  • Ensure site setup and productivity from 7:00am

  • Plan, sequence, and coordinate works in line with the construction program

  • Read and interpret landscape plans, drawings, and specifications

  • Coordinate deliveries, subcontractors, and site access

  • Communicate directly with builders, site managers, and consultants

  • Track labour, materials, variations, and progress

  • Maintain high standards of site safety, compliance, and presentation

  • Deliver high‑quality work with minimal defects

  • Maintain tools, equipment, vehicles, and trailers to a professional standard

About You

You will be successful in this role if you have:

  • Strong experience in commercial landscaping and landscape construction

  • Ability to run a site independently without supervision

  • Professional communication with builders and project stakeholders

  • High standards for site organisation, safety, and workmanship

  • Ability to drive productivity and hold a crew accountable

Requirements

  • 3+ years commercial landscaping / landscape construction experience

  • Proven experience supervising crews on construction sites

  • White Card

  • Current Driver’s Licence

  • HR Truck Licence (advantageous)

  • Cert III in Landscape Construction or equivalent (advantageous)

What’s on Offer

  • $45–$50/hr, depending on experience

  • Full‑time hours: 7:00am – 3:30pm

  • Uniforms & PPE supplied

  • All tools provided

  • Company vehicle, fuel card, and toll pass

  • Ticket and licence upgrades available

  • Long-term role with a contractor that values experienced supervisors

Important

This is NOT a step‑up role. You must already be experienced in running commercial landscaping sites, managing crews, and delivering projects to program.

If you're a capable landscape supervisor ready for a stable, well-supported role — we want to hear from you.
