The Role

Based at our Melbourne office, you'll take end-to-end ownership of multiple commercial electrical projects valued up to $1M. You'll manage client relationships, coordinate multi-trade subcontractors, oversee materials, and contribute technical input to our estimating team. This is a role for someone who's been around the traps — you know what good project delivery looks like and you hold yourself to that standard.

What You'll Be Doing

•    Managing multiple concurrent electrical projects from award through to final account

•    Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and principal contractors

•    Coordinating multi-trade subcontractors across electrical, data cabling, security, AV, and communications

•    Overseeing materials procurement, site logistics, and delivery schedules

•    Supporting the estimating team with scope reviews and technical input on tenders

•    Preparing progress claims, variations, and project reports

•    Leading by example on safety — SWMS, site audits, toolbox talks, and our No Live Work policy

What We're Looking For

•    Current Electrical Contractor's Licence (VIC)

•    ~5 years' experience in electrical project management within the commercial sector

•    Proven track record managing Tier 2–3 projects up to $1M

•    Experience with data cabling and communications installation

•    Demonstrated ability to coordinate multi-trade environments including security, AV, and comms subcontractors

•    Confident managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously

•    Strong communicator who can hold their own in client-facing environments

•    Solid WHS knowledge and a genuine commitment to safety culture

•    A team-first attitude and the flexibility to adapt when the business needs it

•    Experience with job management software — Simpro experience a bonus
