Senior Project Manager – Building Services
Brisbane

Join a high-performing Building Services team delivering complex, multidisciplinary projects across Brisbane and nationally. We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with a strong background in Building Services engineering consulting to lead project delivery and work closely with our technical teams and clients.

This role is ideal for someone who has progressed from an engineering background into project management and enjoys leading teams, managing clients, and delivering high-quality outcomes.

The opportunity

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of building services projects from initiation through to completion. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage client relationships, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.

You will play a key role in coordinating engineers across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and fire disciplines, ensuring strong collaboration and project outcomes.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of building services projects, ensuring programme, budget and quality outcomes are achieved
  • Develop and manage project plans, resources and schedules
  • Act as the key point of contact for clients, building strong and lasting relationships
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams and manage internal and external stakeholders
  • Monitor project performance, including financials, risks and overall delivery
  • Identify and manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Support proposals and contribute to work winning activities
  • Drive a strong delivery culture, ensuring quality and consistency across projects

About you

  • Degree qualified in Engineering or a related discipline
  • Proven experience in a Project Manager role within Building Services engineering consulting (essential)
  • Background in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic or fire engineering, with a strong understanding of multidisciplinary design
  • Demonstrated experience managing projects from concept through to delivery
  • Strong client management and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Commercial awareness and experience managing project financials
  • Excellent communication and leadership capability
  • Must hold Australian citizenship due to defence-related project requirements
