Job Description

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate design resolution by managing RFIs, reviewing drawings for

accuracy/buildability, and ensuring current revisions are maintained and distributed.

• Monitor project progress against programme milestones and support site

coordination, including subcontractor set-out, installation, and short-term planning.

• Assist procurement activities by preparing scopes, supporting tender processes,

and coordinating subcontractor engagement and performance.

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements, including

implementing ITPs and aligning works with standards (NCC/BCA, Australian Standards).

• Maintain accurate project documentation such as RFIs, variations, transmittals,

and ensure proper document control and traceability.

• Support quality assurance processes, including inspections, testing, and

progressive collection of as-built records.

• Liaise and communicate effectively with site teams, consultants,

subcontractors, and authorities to ensure alignment across the project.

• Contribute to team culture, professionalism, and stakeholder engagement while

representing the organisation in line with its code of conduct.
