Our manufacturing team is looking for a skilled Electrical - Project Manager who can drive high‑value projects with precision, safety, and technical leadership.

You will bring strong experience in managing electrical infrastructure projects, with proven capability in coordinating multidisciplinary teams, interpreting complex electrical/mechanical drawings, and ensuring full compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee project safety, delivery, performance, budgeting and forecasting.
• Plan, coordinate and manage project resources, schedules, priorities and scope.
• Monitor and report on work‑in‑progress, risks, milestones and overall project status.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, negotiation, communication and regular project meetings.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Quality Assurance requirements in line with company policies and ISO standards.
• Prepare and deliver project documentation and reports.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, mentoring and development of team members.
• Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, integrity, teamwork and continuous improvement.

Be part of the solution

• Relevant qualifications in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or similar. Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree advantageous.
• Experience within the electrical manufacturing industry including switch rooms and power generation and in the renewable energy sector advantageous.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, negotiation, influencing and communication skills. 
• Strong planning, scheduling, and cost‑control capability
• Skilled in contract administration, procurement, variations, and risk management
• Understand customer needs and expectations, ensure quality service delivery and builds positive relations with stakeholders.
• Strong focus on safety, compliance, and quality assurance
• Proficient with construction software (Procore, Aconex, MS Project, Primavera etc.)
