What if you could do the kind of work the world needs?
Our WSP Melbourne office is looking to appoint a Civil Project Engineer to join the team. It's a terrific time to join our Melbourne team and excel your career forward.
• Open to various levels of experience, Project Manager or Senior Engineer.
• Work on iconic projects & develop your career within a highly skilled team.
Our Property and Buildings team is a world-leading management and technical consultancy operating across all sectors. We are passionate about tackling the complex and sophisticated challenges of the built environment and delivering innovative and sustainable solutions to create accessible, resilient and liveable communities.
We are immensely proud of our extensive portfolio of projects. It demonstrates our breadth of capability and depth of expertise to transform our clients' visions into realities that are sustainable in every sense - commercially, technically, socially and environmentally.
Our team is working on small, medium and large projects across a range of sectors, including projects in Defence, Data Centres and DFAT. But we have a national team approach to all our projects, which means you will work on projects across Australia, not just projects in the VIC, ensuring you gain a breadth of experience across a diverse range of projects and industries.
You’ll scope and steer civil works from concept through detailed design and construction support, coordinate inputs from roads, drainage, utilities and pavements, and bring a pragmatic eye for buildability, safety and whole of life performance. You’ll be a trusted advisor to clients and partners—facilitating workshops, de risking decisions, and shaping clear, compliant deliverables—while mentoring our emerging engineers and championing digital design and quality standards. If you enjoy variety, accountability and the chance to move between city shaping transport, nation critical defence, and low carbon infrastructure, this role offers real impact and a platform to grow your leadership.
Are you a Project Engineer with a passion for PT design, RAM & RAPT and mission critical projects? This could be the role for you!
We operate as a highly autonomous and genuinely national team. The ability to grow and develop your career at WSP is unparalleled in the market. We offer the opportunity to contribute to local and national buildings projects, plus the ability to expand your design skills across other market sectors.
Our recent projects span across a range of different sectors including but not limited to Defence, transportation, commercial and high-rise developments.
