About The Role

This is a client-facing leadership role where you'll manage a portfolio of commercial electrical maintenance, service and upgrade works.

You'll take ownership of your clients, projects and team while being supported by experienced Project Coordinators and senior leadership.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing electrical maintenance, service and project works from quotation through to completion

• Building strong relationships with Facility Managers, Property Managers and Building Managers

• Preparing quotations and managing your project budgets

• Assist your Project Coordinator scheduling labour, materials and subcontractors

• Ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and profitably

• Overseeing the invoicing of your portfolio

• Leading and mentoring electricians and apprentices

• Identifying opportunities to add value for clients through proactive recommendations

• Maintaining high standards of customer service and communication

The successful candidate will become a trusted advisor to their allocated portfolio of clients.

You'll build long-term relationships, create opportunities, develop your team and consistent in your delivery.

Rather than simply managing jobs, you'll take ownership of a portfolio and operate with the mindset of a business owner.

• An Electrical Project Manager

• An Electrical Supervisor

• A Leading Hand Electrician

• A Service Manager

• A Facilities Maintenance Manager

Most importantly, you'll have:

• Strong electrical industry experience

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Commercial awareness and business acumen

• Strong organisational skills

• A proactive and solutions-focused mindset

• Leadership capability and a desire to develop others

• Confidence managing multiple priorities simultaneously

• A commitment to safety, professionalism and quality
