The company provides a range of ground engineering services, including micro/mini piling, ground anchors, soil improvement, slurry walls, grouting technologies and specialises in restricted access and design & construct work.

 The Role

Due to business growth, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Senior Project Manager to join our Sydney based team, overseeing our range of ground engineering services, primarily in NSW.    

 Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects from acquisition through to execution, ensuring delivery is achieved safely, on time and within budget. The role is also a key leadership function, supporting and mentoring Engineers across the business.

 Skills and Experience:

· A Civil Engineering degree and a Project Management qualification

· 10 years industry experience with previous Australia / NZ experience

· Min. 5 years Project Management experience in ground engineering / foundations projects

· Proven ability to manage multiple different projects simultaneously

· Technical understanding of ground engineering / foundations techniques 

· Ability to communicate effectively and achieve positive outcomes with key stakeholders

· Strong relationship building, influencing and negotiation skills

· Commercial and contractual acumen

You will be responsible for:

· Projects delivery according to budget, program and specific project objectives

· Commercial and contractual management, including claims, variations and payments

· Coordination of resources requirements for projects delivery

· Ensuring works comply with technical, approvals and standards requirements

· Manage project compliance with OHS, Environmental and Quality requirements

· Contribute to the BD and Preconstruction activities
