project Manager- Electrical Construction
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of project delivery across complex commercial and infrastructure projects. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical construction project delivery at a detailed level.

This is a senior, high-level role that plays a critical part in the continued growth and success of our business. The position carries significant responsibility across project delivery, financial performance and client engagement, with a direct impact on both operational outcomes and business development. As such, it is essential that the successful candidate is the right cultural and professional fit bringing strong leadership capability, commercial acumen and the ability to build trusted relationships across clients, stakeholders and internal teams.
You will be expected to:
Oversee project financial management including budgeting, cost control, forecasting and procurement.
Manage labour forecasting and workforce planning to ensure efficient project delivery.
Provide design and engineering support to drive value management and cost optimisation outcomes.
Establish performance targets and productivity expectations for site forepersons and site teams.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and within approved budget parameters.
Lead end-to-end project reporting including weekly, monthly and key milestone progress reporting.
Deliver accurate and timely reporting to directors covering project progress, financial performance, forecasting and labour utilisation.
Manage multiple construction projects ranging from $3M to $10M in value.
Develop and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships to support project success and repeat business.
Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage teams and build effective working relationships.
Ensure full compliance with OH&S legislation, electrical standards, Industrial Relations requirements and Workcover obligations.
Play a key role in shaping a culture of trust, accountability and forward-thinking leadership.
Administer and interpret ETU EBA ensuring compliance with workers rights and conditions.
Essential Skills and Experience
Previous experience as Project Manager across multiple sites.
Strong understanding of AS/NZS 3000.
OHS Compliance.
Confident communicator with solid organisational skills.
Confident in managing and leading teams.
Strong relationship-building skills with suppliers, builders and other trades.
Accountability, integrity and trust are the forefront of your work ethic.
