About the role

As the Family Health Administration & Project Support Officer  you will provide high-level administrative and project support to the Family Health leadership team while helping ensure families can access responsive and effective services.

You will 

  • Provide administrative support to the Family Health leadership team 
  • Assist with Maternal and Child Health intake and appointment bookings, including processing birth notices 
  • Coordinate data collection, reporting and analysis activities 
  • Support projects, research activities and continuous improvement initiatives 
  • Develop communications materials including flyers, brochures and information resources 
  • Coordinate documentation, correspondence and policy and procedure updates 
  • Support staff in the use of systems and technologies 
  • Deliver high-quality customer service to families and community members

What your experience might look like - Key Selection Criteria

  • Demonstrated experience delivering high-quality administrative and customer service support 
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills with excellent attention to detail 
  • Experience coordinating projects, reporting or data-related tasks 
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively under pressure 
  • Experience preparing correspondence, reports and communication materials 
  • Strong computer literacy, including advanced Microsoft Office skills 
  • Experience with purchase requisitions, receipting and budget-related processes 
  • Commitment to working respectfully with people from diverse backgrounds
