Bendella Homes is seeking a motivated and organised Part-Time Sales Associate & Project Administration team member to join our Darwin office.
This role is ideal for someone looking for flexible school hours while still being involved in a fast-paced and rewarding residential construction environment.
About the RoleThis is a varied position supporting both our sales and construction teams. You will assist with client communication, administration, scheduling, and project coordination, while also spending some time on-site helping monitor progress and maintain organised project records. You will handle all selections in our Darwin showroom.
HoursPart-time / Up to 3 days per week
School hours preferred
Based in our Darwin office with regular site visits, to assist the Project Manager
Assisting the sales team with client follow-up and enquiries
Social media management and content creation.
General office administration and document management
Preparing client files, selections, and meeting information
Coordinating appointments and schedules
Assisting with supplier and subcontractor communication
Updating project tracking systems and progress records
Conducting occasional site visits for administration support and progress monitoring
Supporting the team with day-to-day operational tasks
We are looking for someone who:
Is highly organised and proactive
Can work autonomously, self pace and manage tasks independently
Has strong communication and problem-solving skills
Has excellent attention to detail
Is confident using computers and learning new systems
Is professional, friendly, and reliable
Holds a current driver’s licence
Experience in construction, administration, sales, or customer service is highly regarded but not essential
