We are partnering with a premier operator of hyperscale and enterprise data centres worldwide to recruit a capable Project Manager to support the growth and delivery of major data centre development programs across the APAC region.
You will support the Program Director with Global Data Centre program execution, reporting, pipeline planning, and collaboration initiatives. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who is comfortable operating autonomously, managing multiple projects concurrently, and working across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Support high-impact programs end-to-end ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met
· Assist with planning, documentation, and governance activities across multiple programs
· Support quarterly pipeline refresh cycles and long-term planning.
· Proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, and project constraints
· Coordinate communications across internal/external stakeholders, and cross-functional teams globally
· Track and manage investor deliverables for program reporting.
· Drive smarter ways of working by identifying and implementing process improvements
Required experience and skills are:
· 5+ years' work experience in Project Management working across cross-functional teams and complex business environments (data centre experience is a bonus, not a must).
· Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, global environment
· Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently and "run with" initiatives and manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
· Must bring their passion, enthusiasm, and energy to match strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Project Management qualifications highly regarded (Prince2 or PMP)
· Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and strong proof-reading skills.
· High accountability, ownership, and urgency in project delivery.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
