We are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join a growing and highly respected construction and engineering business based in Wingfield, South Australia.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a business delivering complex and large-scale projects, working closely with senior leadership and high-performing operational teams across Tier 1 environments.

About the Role

As the Project Manager, you will take ownership of projects from award through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time and within budget.

You will be responsible for overseeing project delivery, coordinating site teams and subcontractors, managing client relationships and ensuring strong commercial and operational outcomes across multiple projects.

Responsibilities may include:

• Managing Tier 1 construction and infrastructure projects from start to finish
• Overseeing project budgets, forecasting and commercial reporting
• Managing subcontractors, procurement and project resources
• Leading project meetings, planning and delivery coordination
• Ensuring compliance with HSEQ requirements and company procedures
• Managing project variations, risk and client communication
• Supporting and mentoring engineers and operational teams
• Driving project performance, quality and profitability outcomes
• Building and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• Proven Project Management experience within Tier 1 construction or infrastructure projects
• Minimum 5 years’ experience within construction, engineering or project delivery environments
• Strong commercial acumen and project financial management experience
• Client-focused approach with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and fast-paced project requirements
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
• Excellent understanding of safety, compliance and project delivery processes
• Engineering or construction-related qualifications highly regarded
• Experience within civil, structural, prefabrication or reinforcement environments advantageous
