About the role

In this role, you’ll work across projects that support better business systems, smarter processes and stronger service outcomes. It’s a great opportunity to bring together your project skills, business improvement mindset and ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation

Key activities of this role include:

• Identifying opportunities to improve business systems, processes and customer outcomes
• Coordinate and support projects from planning through to delivery
• Prepare project documentation, updates and recommendations for stakeholders
• Work closely with internal teams and external providers to support better system performance
• Champion continuous improvement and help embed practical, sustainable change

You’ll bring experience in project coordination, business improvement or systems-focused work, along with the ability to analyse information, manage competing priorities and communicate clearly with a range of stakeholders. Just as importantly, you’ll be someone who enjoys working collaboratively, building trust and finding practical ways to make things better.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Degree qualification in Information Technology, Business or related field OR demonstrated solid contemporary experience in a similar role, combined with ongoing professional development

Other important information

• The commencing salary for this position is up to $92.9K. Central Coast Council also provides progression opportunities for employees to progress up to the maximum salary of $107.7K on completion of assessment of skills and performance plus12% superannuation
• We have a temporary full-time role available 2 year fixed term
• This role will be able to access a 9 day fortnight
• We are able to offer hybrid and flexible working conditions for this role - 2 days from home and 3 days onsite
• This role is located at the Wyong Administration Building
