THE CLIENT.
Our client is one of Australia’s most prominent property developers, renowned for delivering premium mixed-use developments that combine luxury residential living with world-class food and beverage destinations. With a strong pipeline of projects across Sydney’s inner city, south-east, and Macquarie Park, this is a rare opportunity for an emerging sales agent to represent developments of a calibre typically reserved for the industry's most experienced professionals.
With a strong reputation for innovation and customer experience, our client continues to deliver well-positioned developments that attract discerning buyers and perform strongly in competitive markets.

THE ROLE.
We are seeking a Junior Project Sales Associate looking to build a long-term career in project sales, initially managing display suites & taking buyer enquiries before progressing into active sales.
You'll be working under 2 x experienced project sales agents who will mentor and grow you into a stand-alone project sales agent.

Mandarin Language skills would be beneficial given the target market for their projects.

Responsibilities:
• Managing inbound buyer enquiries and booking qualified appointments
• Welcoming and engaging prospective purchasers within display suites
• Assisting with presenting developments, floor plans, and product details
• Maintaining CRM records and coordinating follow-up communication
• Supporting the sales team throughout the transaction process
• Assisting with project launches, open days and buyer events

The role will be based out of their display suites, 5 days working Saturday & Sundays, with Thursday & Fridays off.

THE PERSON.
· Passionate about property, real estate and sales & buyer experience
· Real Estate sales or leasing experience
· Certificate of registration (Real Estate)
· Extremely well presented & excellent English skills both written & verbally
· Confident engaging with a diverse range of clients
· Mandarin language skills highly regarded but not essential

THE PERKS.
· Salary of $70,000-$75,000 including superannuation
· Eligible for commission following 6-month probation Direct mentorship from senior property professionals
· Exposure to premium residential developments working in-house for a well-known property developer
· If performance is outstanding, quick progression into Sales Executive role
