This isn't just a coordination role. It's a career move.

Access Alarms has been building a reputation in the security and technology industry since 2006 — delivering alarm, access control, CCTV, and intercom solutions for major commercial clients across Brisbane and nationally. Think Populous, Ventia, NHVR, AMP Capital, and more.

Our CEO, Elliott, is one of the most respected technologists in the industry. He's hands-on, driven, and now needs the right person alongside him to keep the business humming as we grow. That person is you — if you're ready to make the move.

The Role

You'll be the operational heartbeat of the business. The person who makes sure jobs move, clients are looked after, contractors show up and represent us well, and nothing falls through the cracks. This is an ideal step for someone coming from an installation or field background in security, electrical, or a related trade — someone who already understands the industry and is ready to bring that knowledge inside.

You don't need to have done this exact role before. You need to be the kind of person who takes ownership, communicates clearly, and earns trust naturally.

Day to Day

You'll Be:

  • Coordinating project schedules and keeping the team — and our contractors — on track
  • Making sure clients with Brisbane HQs and sites across QLD and Australia always feel looked after
  • Tracking jobs from sales handover through to completion and invoicing
  • Keeping Elliott and the team informed without needing to be chased
  • Helping shape systems and processes as the business grows into new work
  • Representing the standard and culture of Access Alarms in every interaction

You'll Fit Right In If You

  • Come from a security, electrical, or trades background (installation experience highly regarded)
  • Are mature, personable, and someone people naturally trust
  • Know how to encourage a team to be punctual and professional — without being heavy-handed
  • Are ready to step out of the field and into a role where your organisational skills shine
  • Are confident enough to hold others accountable while keeping the atmosphere positive
  • Have used a job management system or CRM

What You'll Get

  • A direct working relationship with an industry-leading CEO
  • Real career growth as the business continues to secure more projects nationally
  • The chance to genuinely shape how a growing business operates
  • Competitive salary, negotiated based on your experience ability to lead

Honestly?

This role suits someone who's been around long enough to know what good looks like — and is ready to help build it.

If that's you, apply now. We'd love to hear from you.
