Fleet Business Development Representative

Darwin Motor Group is on the hunt for a motivated and energetic Fleet Business Development Representative to join our growing team in Winnellie.

This is not your average desk job — you’ll be out on the road visiting local businesses, building strong relationships, identifying opportunities, and helping companies find the right fleet solutions across our extensive range of leading automotive brands.

Working closely with our experienced Department Managers, you’ll have the full support of a high-performing team to assist with vehicle sourcing, quoting, and delivering tailored fleet solutions to customers.

This opportunity would also suit an experienced Business Development Manager from another industry who already has an established network and client base within the Darwin SME market.

• Visiting businesses across Darwin and surrounding areas to build new relationships

• Identifying fleet opportunities and generating new business

• Maintaining and growing an existing customer base

• Working alongside Department Managers to prepare competitive quotes and vehicle solutions

• Promoting fleet, leasing, and servicing solutions across multiple brands

• Following up leads and delivering outstanding customer service

• Representing Darwin Motor Group professionally within the local business community

• Strong communication and people skills

• A self-motivated and outgoing personality

• Confidence networking and building business relationships

• Organised with great time management

• Sales or automotive experience is beneficial but not essential

• Current NT Driver’s Licence
