Project Manager - Design & Construct

We’re representing a well-established yet rapidly growing construction company with a strong presence across Queensland and Victoria, Known for delivering high-quality design and construct projects, they’ve built a trusted reputation across the commercial, education, and industrial sectors.

With a robust pipeline of secured work, they are now seeking an experienced Project Manager to take the lead on projects ranging from $3 million to $30 million AUD. This is an excellent opportunity to work across a diverse project portfolio in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full project lifecycle, from early design coordination through to delivery and handover
• Lead subcontractor management, budget control, programming, and risk mitigation
• Build strong working relationships with clients, consultants, and internal teams
• Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards
• Undertake travel to site as needed, with flexibility to work remotely for part of the week

About You:

• Proven experience delivering design and construct (D&C) projects, ideally in new build construction
• Strong background across education, commercial, or industrial sectors
• Confident managing both on-site and pre-construction phases
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel to regional project sites as required
