About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a close-knit team of three and become a key contributor to the continued growth and success of the business.

Acting as the central point of contact throughout the customer journey, you will work with clients from initial enquiry through to successful project completion.

Approximately 80% office-based and 20% site-based, the role combines inbound sales handling, customer relationship management and project coordination to ensure a seamless customer experience.

You will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, recommending appropriate solutions, preparing quotations and maintaining communication throughout project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to new business and project enquiries

  • Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions

  • Prepare quotations and follow up opportunities

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships

  • Coordinate project handovers to Project Managers and Technicians

  • Act as the liaison between customers and operational teams

  • Provide regular project updates and manage client expectations

  • Conduct occasional site visits to assess requirements and maintain relationships

  • Ensure projects are delivered with a strong focus on customer satisfaction

  • Maintain accurate records and CRM information

About You

  • Demonstrated experience in customer-facing sales, project coordination or account management roles

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to understand technical products and provide practical advice

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

  • Proactive, driven and focused on achieving outcomes

  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills

  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

  • Current Australian Driver's Licence

Experience within parking systems, security, access control, construction, electrical or technology-related industries will be highly regarded, however comprehensive product training will be provided.

  • Attractive package comprising $80,000 base salary plus superannuation

  • Quarterly commission structure with earning potential of up to $15,000 per annum

  • Mileage allowance for approved use of your own vehicle for site visits

  • Permanent full-time role working 8:30am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday
