Cricks Highway is continuing to grow, and we are currently seeking an experienced and driven Fleet Manager to lead and expand our fleet department.

This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person to step into a high-potential role within one of the largest and most diverse automotive dealerships in the region.

Our fleet department is already delivering approximately 50 vehicles per month, with significant opportunity for further growth across both retail and commercial business channels.

You will be supported by a dedicated fleet team and backed by a dealership that is investing heavily in growth, process, and opportunity.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

• Growing and managing the fleet department

• Building strong relationships with business and commercial clients

• Driving new business opportunities

• Managing fleet enquiries and deliveries

• Working closely with sales management and brand teams

• Expanding retail-to-fleet opportunities across the dealership

• Leading and mentoring the existing fleet team

What We’re Looking For

• Previous Fleet Management experience within the automotive industry

• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills

• A motivated self-starter with a growth mindset

• Strong understanding of dealership operations and fleet processes

• High level of professionalism and leadership

• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-opportunity environment
