AAVA LOGISTICS PTY LTD is seeking an experienced and highly organized Fleet Manager to join our growing logistics and transport operations in Brisbane, QLD. This is a full-time permanent position with an attractive salary package ranging between AUD $80,000 – $100,000 plus superannuation, depending on experience and qualifications.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company’s fleet operations to ensure efficient transport services, vehicle compliance, operational performance, and driver management.

• Oversee daily fleet and transport operations

• Manage vehicle servicing, maintenance schedules, and repairs

• Ensure compliance with transport regulations, safety standards, and company policies

• Coordinate driver rosters, vehicle allocations, and operational schedules

• Maintain fleet records, registrations, insurance, and compliance documentation

• Monitor operational costs including fuel, servicing, and fleet efficiency

• Liaise with suppliers, mechanics, contractors, and transport stakeholders

• Implement strategies to improve operational performance and reduce downtime

• Supervise and support drivers and operational staff

• Previous experience in fleet management, logistics, or transport operations

• Strong understanding of Australian transport and compliance requirements

• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operational priorities

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Computer literacy and administration skills

• Relevant qualifications in logistics, transport management, or business management will be highly regarded
