About Your New Position- Project Coordinator

The principal objectives of this position are:

• Handling logistics for projects and regular shipments by road, air, sea, or others.
• Implementing efficient work processes on allocated Projects.
• Quoting, organizing, billing, documentation, operating, and executing shipments from door to door (unless otherwise stated).
• Analyzing schedule, quality, and performance of subcontractors and suppliers.
• Assessing the performance of suppliers/subcontractors.
• Following ISO and OHSAS directions from the Company.
• Acting safely always to ensure your own welfare and that of your fellow colleagues on the basis of the defined health & safety targets.
• Focusing on continuously reducing the environmental impact on the basis of the defined environmental targets.
• Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities.
• Input as appropriate to EP&P documentation.
• Engagement as may be required in Business Continuity Planning / Response.
• Stakeholder interface management.
• Nurturing good cooperation between team members locally, regionally, and globally.

About the candidate

• Diploma, First Degree, or relevant experience
• Project Coordinator experience
• 5+ years of International Logistics experience
• Strong negotiation skills
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Complete understanding of and commitment to company values
• Ability to represent the Company at all levels and to build strong client and customer relationships
• Creativity and Innovation
• Commitment and Passion
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
