We’re looking for a Fleet Operations Officer to join the team in Jandakot - someone who can stay across the detail, keep things moving and work closely with both the business and vendors to ensure the fleet runs as it should.

What you’ll be doing

Act as the go-to for fleet issues, coordinating repairs and keeping vehicles operational
Manage maintenance, servicing and compliance activity, working with vendors and internal teams
Monitor systems (e.g. Salesforce) to ensure inspections, servicing and compliance requirements are met
Support fleet improvements, modifications and upgrades across the network
Assist with vehicle acquisition, fit-outs, disposals and insurance claims
Maintain pool vehicles and ensure they’re ready for use

What you’ll bring

Experience in fleet, mechanical, maintenance or a similar operational role
Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple moving parts
Comfortable working with systems and data (Salesforce or similar is a plus)
Practical mindset, you can problem solve and keep things on track
Strong communication skills and confidence working across teams and with vendors
