About the Role:

As a Trainee Fleet Service Technician, you’ll learn to deliver on-site tyre services to customers across various suburbs with a company-provided vehicle. Bridgestone prioritizes workplace health and safety, fostering a culture of care and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Learn to fit tyres (truck, trailer, bus) on-site
Assist in truck tyre servicing and fleet maintenance
Troubleshoot and diagnose faults under supervision
Provide accurate solutions to customer needs
Collaborate with a high-performing team

What We’re Looking For:

Valid driver’s license (LR, MR, or HR desirable with provided support to obtain)
Willingness to obtain a Certificate II in Automotive Tyre Servicing Technology (training provided)
Positive attitude and strong communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Reliability, honesty, and passion for learning
Commitment to safety and excellent customer service
Current right to work in Australia
